TERMS, CONDITIONS & RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your angelis new york products as much as we do, but if for some reason you would like to return items (EXCLUDING: clothing items, ALL CLOTHING IS FINAL SALE & BIKINI BOTTOMS), we accept returns UP TO 14 days from your delivery date (excluding bikini bottoms/see below). If you need any help at all, please contact customer services at HELLO@ANGELISNY.COM and one of our lovely team members will be happy to help!

If the eligible item returned back to us is received AFTER the 14 day period, we will only accept it for EXCHANGE within 3 weeks (21 days) of receipt.

RETURN POLICY

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • You can RETURN any full price swimwear TOP within 14 days of delivery for a full refund
  • You can EXCHANGE any full price swimwear BOTTOM within 7 days of delivery
  • All returns will be refunded to the payment method originally used at checkout
  • Please include your name and order number with any return or exchange package
  • Please be sure to get a tracking number for any item you wish to return so you can be sure your item(s) get back to us
  • Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more, including, BOGO SALE items, items bought with discount or promo codes are not eligible for a refund

EXCHANGES

WHEN EXCHANGING SIZES, PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR DESIRED SIZE IS IN STOCK.

CONDITION OF RETURN/EXCHANGE

All product(s) must be returned: 

-unworn and unwashed

-with all original tags/ sanitary stickers still attached

-not smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent

-free of make-up or tanning product marks

 

*Please note: ALL swimwear bottoms can ONLY be exchanged for size within 7 days of receipt. They must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, WITH SANITARY STICKER and TAG STILL ATTACHED. Otherwise, they are final sale for sanitary purposes.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for stolen packages. A claim will need to be filed with your postal service if the tracking system has your package delivered and you cannot find it. We pay for tracking on all of our shipped items and track them closely until they are delivered to you, therefore, if your package does get lost or stolen once delivered, we cannot be held accountable.
